Hey all, it's Kevin, the Product guy here. I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates to Launchdeck that's we've worked hard on and recently made live.

When Launchdeck was founded, we are surefooted about pursuing 3 things relentlessly -

  1. improve your experience as Sales & Customer Success folks,
  2. your buyers' & stakeholders' experience engaging with you, and
  3.  help your team stay ahead of your sales & customer success game

With that in mind, we have released contextually useful notifications at different levels to help you understand how your sales team are doing and should be engaging with specific customers, depending on how they are engaging with you. In turn, this helps your team stay ahead of your sales game if you are aiming to close them, or to attain further customer success if you're looking to retain and upsell more specific strategic customers if you aim to go deeper with them.

Why the focus on Notifications?

Notifications are your lifeline to staying informed and responsive to customers' needs. In fast-paced sales and customer success environments, timely and relevant information can be the difference between closing a deal and missing an opportunity. Our enhanced notification system ensures you never miss a beat, providing you with the right information at the right time.

Let's dive into how these enhancements can work to significantly improve your sales & CS workflows.

All Notifications at a Glance

Get a TL;DR of what have happened across all your Rooms by viewing all 'Unread notifications'

We understand the importance of having a centralized view of all your deals. Specifically, we worked 2 things. Firstly, you can have a quick-fire view of the latest UNREAD notifications at the top of your navigation bar. You can quickly have a sense of what happened since your last session.

For example, if you have been banking on a decision maker on viewing your proposal, and they have asked you a question in your Room, that's where you'll learn about it quickly! If you have MANY notifications (good problem to have!), you can then choose 'More notifications' to see all the notifications you have received.

This holistic view enables you to quickly glance at and keep track of all your accounts effortlessly, prioritize your actions and respond swiftly to the most critical updates.

Room-Level Notifications

Room notifications give you a play-by-play view to keep all members up to speed quickly

Need a more granular view, for a specific group of customers & stakeholders? That's right, there's also a notifications view inside each Room. This automatically keeps your team up to date quickly on what has happened based on key activities by everyone in it.

This granular level of detail ensures you can tailor your approach to meet the specific & perhaps unique needs this group of clients, helping you customise & tailor your services to their needs to help you stand out from your competitors.

Tag & Send Email Notification to Specific Users

Tag users in your Room...
... and they get notified in their email!

Even more granular - how about notifying a specific person about a specific topic? Create a post in the Room, and tag them to it! By doing this, you'll trigger an email notification that'll be sent to that person. And, the next time they enter the Room, they'll also receive notifications about this specific tag from you.

This feature is particularly useful for alerting team members or clients to critical updates, ensuring everyone is on the same page and can act promptly on important information. Very useful when it comes to collaborative and educational approach to sales.

Bonus: Get deeper sales Intelligence with Room Insights

Knowledge is power. Our Insights page further breaks down which our your Guests have visited which pages, and for how long, giving you behavioural insights to help you formulate what your team should be doing next. By understanding how your buyers interact with you in your Rooms, you can identify trends, anticipate needs, and tailor your strategies to drive everyone closer to the share business objectives. This data-driven approach enables you to make informed decisions and strengthen your relationships with your clients.
